The build
NYSIDI Holdings LLC is a construction management firm in Warwick, NY handling commercial work, preconstruction, and custom residential projects. The company needed a web presence that communicated the scale and professionalism of that work — clear, credible, and true to the brand Antoinette had built.
Sileon delivered a fully custom-coded site: no WordPress, no templates, no page builders. Every section was written and structured from scratch — services, project focus, and contact paths — with schema markup and semantic HTML so Google and AI search tools can read exactly what NYSIDI does and where.
Performance, measured
The numbers on the right are real measurements of the live site, not estimates. The largest element on a phone screen paints in about 1.3 seconds — well inside Google's 2.5-second "good" threshold that most template sites miss. NYSIDI also runs an ongoing local search program with Sileon to keep building visibility after launch.
